The house is located at the foot of the mountains in the small village of La Pereda, located less than 4km from Llanes and its beautiful beaches. Llanes has much to offer and is the perfect base to explore the area. Asturias has it all, whether you like hiking in the mountains, relaxing on the beach, wandering through ancient towns, or enjoying local gourmet cuisine.
